Please serious opinion's only?

Ok here is the situation . My dad got remarried to a women I hink from a Stevan king novel, I'm not kidding. Proof needed read on. First off let's start at the begining, my mother died sept of 09, they were married 25 years. ok moving on he met this new woman while flashing around big tip's at her job i'm talking like $50 or so . I warned him that this was sending the wrong signal , and would possibly attract the wrong kind of people, well boom it did. His new girlfrind was allowed to finish off my mom's insurance policy, wrecked his truck and caused him to loose his home. Yes I am aware he should have put his foot down, said enough lady see ya, but he marries her and now supprt's her two adult son's. She is bipoler and paronoid skitsophrinia, this would notg be a problem but she doesn't tgake her med's and drink's on top of them. I also need to tell you she has gotten physically violent and abusive to my dad, she was arrested jan 11 and put on probation meaning she cant drink on and on you get the idea. Well he just called my husband and told him she has been drinking for 4 day's and I don;t think he would have said anything if she wasn't starting her mania meaning her abuse. ok so her's my question , do I call her probation office and if I do with my dad knowing that she has been drinking 4 day's will he get arrested too I know the biggest reason he doesn't call is she abuses him please help phone in hand
