Will my health insurance find out if I get married?

My first husband died 10 years ago. I still receive health insurance through his employer as a surviving spouse. If I remarry, the insurance is cut off. My current fiance does not have health insurance. Would my current Blue Cross insurance find out if I get married? I really want to marry my fiance of 4 years but haven't yet only because I don't want to lose my insurance benefits.
